Hi world,

Let’s begin with a little care for each of us. Let’s try not to grab the fruit but to share our knowledge. I’m sure we’ll finally be benefited by being benefiting.

I want to give the best of my talent to the world and to optimize the future matrix. We’ll save energy, habitat, green as well as our time.

Sustainability-the buzzword governs Architecture

Energy consciousness-the thirst & security-the thrust of emerging architecture are the basis morphing the architectural matrices from colonial to fantasy.

We are diminishing the requirement of harmful construction materials and quenching our thirst to go in for nature friendly processed materials. There is a lot to regulate. We have to break away from cubes and ornamentation to utilitarian aspects. We need transitional finishing materials for covering the aesthetic visible shell.

Organisation in unplanned cities.

Heavy traffic

I have seen a small city. Yes the quality of life is more natural. Things of your convenience-ration, clothes and other household utilities are within walkable reach-say just 200 m. More special services and quite a lot of employer locations are just within 500m. So why need a vehicle just spending ten times in commuting for a trivial thing. Manual transport reduces pollution and old courtyard houses save a lot of energy keeping bills as low as $100/year. I have noticed that per capita living cost is just $500/yr in such cities. So what have we really achieved by metros is what I really wonder.

Where are we going?

Innovation

With the advent of internet, our civilization is heading for a entirely different perspective.

Now is the time of knowledge sharing. This will spurt up the locked corners of imagination and we are really headed for a new era in interdependence like never before-computers, internet, software, robotics and what not. Humanity is evolving without the need of craving for power and dominance.

We are heading for a new revolution which will be technological and green. How about a new world, where we’ll become less ground related and placing our habitations based on potentially adaptable places. The roads and city networks on flood and earthquake proofed platforms. Our cities be protected be calamities like winds etc. Mingling with lot of nature and green transportation.

Everyone thrives with the work he loves. Everyone having a lot of purchasing power to innovate the lives of the future generation. Everyone having good oxygen and stamina with a lot of fresh air walks in the interconnected city greens. Tech geeks developing their one room laboratories. Inventions and innovations. Rhythms of routines working on differently creative things. We’ll develop solid-plasma models by dancing our fingers above a table.

3D-Spiral houses with warping tree strands, houses like the mixture of a ball and a disc-like never imagined before. Self cleaning houses changing shapes as per climatic and usage responses. Stackable and inflatable cars-no parking hassles. Laptops like wearing a watch.

We’ll have e-parcels through duct portals from anywhere on earth in minutes. We’ll have real meetings and share real trust and we’ll have programs establishing that. We’ll use 1% of energy of what we use now. How’s that?

SO OUR MATRIX IS EVOLVING.

God will be really happy to see us enjoying our work.

Moving the world.

Instantaneous acceleration.

Future is not what we empower, it is what we really dream. And direct communication channels.

Our roads are like our nerves, so let’s make them smooth like a river. Let’s make them moving-Much like our conveyors and let them stop naturally like in a portal. Won’t it save fuel? On segregation portal, we need to work hard on comforting defined level of commuters like the above. This can be started by designing nodes.

Let these accelerate & brake in the physics governs us: Distance vs displacement:Speed vs velocity. What for we commute has to be understood in depth, it maybe a emergency or just a cool holiday. Much like the curves we design & program.

Coming to where these transit zones are located. Obviously on connected crests-no farms, no floods and better interconnectivity. Orient these avoiding head on sun making the solar collection on greater area.

Designing earthquake resistant buildings.

I offer proactive assistance for owners, developers and professionals to know more about earthquake resistance. I have been designing buildings for earthquake resistance before my graduation. The requirements of the house and plot shape may govern various geometrical orders so it is best advised to consult qualified structural engineers.

The primary factor to be kept in mind is to make the building symmetrical and have at least a 3×3 grid keeping the middle somewhat more. L-shaped columns (fabricated casts) on the corners make the structure economical. The size of columns may be slightly more in lower floors.

Relevance of plinth beams is important since it holds the structure.

Walls should have beams every 4-6 times it’s thickness. This holds the masonry.

Deep beams are economical & bond with columns. The roof slab should be a bit arched or cambered one. Suitable scaffolding is available in local building centres like TERI.

In high rise buildings, stilts should be 25% thicker.

New India

Population density map of India.

I want to visualize India as a maze-matrix of real superhighways, soft skylines, climatic, energy saving and eco friendly habitations where there is qualitative living, a uniform transitory national bylaw responsive to latitude, altitude and other geographical constraints. Even the slum structures look good. I feel if I can contribute my mettle and energy to make our India the top in this world only then my lease of life be successful. Our lives should be simplified-not complicated.

Dreams have started. Multi use buildings save maximum energy. For ground-relation getting sun, air & other supplies matter. Orientations & privacy are important. A poly-box should be volume constraint. It really matters to THINK future and expressing.
